Furry Friends Academy vaccination requirements: For Dogs: Rabies, DHLPP-C, and Bordatella (Kennel Cough).
For Cats: Rabies, FVRCP-C, and FeLV (Feline Leukemia). If appropriate for your cat, FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis) will be recommended by your vet.
Canine (doggie) Vaccinations
DHLPP-C is a combination vaccination that prevents Canine Distemper Virus (CDV), Infectious Canine Hepatitis (ICH), Leptospirosis (Lepto), Parainfluenza (CPV), Parvovirus (CPV), Coronavirus (CCV) and Canine Adenovirus (CAV-2).
DHLPP-C (2) should be given at 10-12 weeks DHLPP-C (3) should be given at 16 weeks, then annually Rabies (RV) should be given at 12 weeks, then annually Bordatella bronchiseptica (Bb) should be given at 16 weeks, then annually Borrelia burgdorferi (Lyme Disease) should be given at 12 weeks, then annually Back to Top Feline (kitties) Vaccines FVRCP-C (distemper) should be given at 6-8 weeks with FVRCP-C (2) given at 10-12 weeks and then annually. FVRCP-C (Feline Distemper) is a combination vaccination that prevents Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis (FVR), Calicivirus (FCV), Panleukopenia (FPL), and Chlamydia Psittaci (FPN).
Rabies (RV) should be given at 3 months, then annually.
Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV) should be given at 9 weeks with FeLV (2) at 12 weeks, then annually.
FIP (Feline Infectious Peritonitis) should be given at 12 weeks, then annually. This vaccination is conditional depending upon the age and health of the cat.
